10. Messaging Compliance & Consent

You are solely responsible for obtaining explicit, documented consent from your clients before sending any SMS messages through the DueSoon platform. This includes informing clients about the nature of the messages, message frequency, and their right to opt out at any time.

By using our messaging features, you certify that all contacts in your DueSoon account have provided proper consent to receive messages. You also agree not to send unsolicited, promotional, or unlawful text messages through our platform.

DueSoon does not assume responsibility for your messaging content or consent practices. We may suspend or terminate your account if we receive reports of abuse, non-compliance, or violations of carrier policies, applicable laws, or industry standards.
