10. SMS Messaging and Consent
Some features of the DueSoon platform include sending SMS messages to clients on behalf of our users (service providers). DueSoon does not initiate these messages — they are user-directed and based on the service provider’s relationship with their clients.
It is the sole responsibility of each provider using DueSoon to ensure they have obtained clear, documented consent from their clients prior to sending any SMS communications. Consent must include disclosure of message purpose, potential frequency, and opt-out instructions.
Clients may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
